Pricing and VAT

Prices are subject to change without notice and are inclusive of VAT at 21%. Prices listed are exclusive of delivery charge.

Payment authorisation

Authorisation of the payment from your credit and debit card will be made by the card issuer. If the payment is not authorised by the issuer Press 22 will not be able to process your payment and no charge will be made to your card. You will be notified of this after your have submitted your card details.

Privacy policy

Press22 will request some personal details from customers in order for a transaction to be processed, including name, home/shipping address, email address, contact number and a credit or debit card number. Payment details will only be shared with our payment partners Realex and merchant bank AIB/Ulster/BofI. If you have selected PayPal as your payment method, we will send and receive personal information with them relating to your transactions during the payment process.

Press22 ensures a safe and reliable shopping experience for its customers. Our site uses a secure sockets layer ( SSL) encryption technology which will encrypt and protect the data you are submitting to us. This technology will ensure that your information will be processed safely and securely through our system.

Information such as credit card numbers and home/shipping will not be saved and will only be used to process an order via our payment services.

Returns policy

Orders with delivery address outside the ROI or NI are sent by An Post Express Post International and can take up to 7 days, however international delivery times are subject to flight schedules, local customs formalities and prevailing local conditions and can not be guaranteed. You can track your order online via http://track.anpost.ie/ using your unique number which will be issued to you by email when order has been dispatched.

Damaged goods

If you receive a print order that has been damaged in some form, please return the order complete with packaging to us within 7 days of receipt to Press22, 11/12 Nicholas Street, Limerick. We can issue you with a full refund, including the cost of returning the item or we can issue you with a replacement order.

Distance Selling Regulations Act

Customers in the European Unions have the right to withdraw from the purchase of an item within seven working days of receipt. You are not obliged to supply Press22 with a reason if you are returning the goods during this cooling-off period, but you will need to advise us by email that you are returning the goods and you will receive a full refund. Customers will be liable for cost incurred in returning the item.

We regret that the cooling off period does not apply to bespoke orders that have been customised to the consumers specifications or are clearly personalised
